1. Go to your video addons then highlight iptv stalker right click if you are using a mouse or bring up the context and click on settings.
2. Under portal1 go down and enable custom mac address.
3. click mac address and enter 00:1A:79:12:34:56 then click ok
4. click on iptv stalker addon as normal then when NFPS comes up, right click on it or bring up the context menu then click clear cache.
5. Exit the addon and restart it and it should now be working

manage to get iptvstalker  working by changing mac address. Kept trying different numbers and clearing the NFPS cache. hope it helps someone.

Check send serial number.
clear cache.

To fix Iptvstalker August 2015, just change the mac to :  00:1A:79:11:11:11 and clear cache twice.
